EEDC Urges Disconnected Communities To Key Into OTS For Reconnection

Communities that were disconnected from power supply will be reconnected once they key into the new Arears One-Time Scheme, OTS, as informed by the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, EEDC.

This statement was made by the Management of EEDC following the reconnection of Mgbuka Etiti, Umunnachi, Anambra state, after the community keyed into the Scheme to clear its bills and had its supply restored.

The OTS Scheme is an initiative introduced by EEDC which allows customers enjoy thirty percent of their arrears, while paying only seventy percent of the bill.

Affected communities are called upon to utilized the opportunity and get reconnected by visiting the Customer Service representatives of the Network Manager of the EEDC District Office nearest to them for further details on how to access the OTS Scheme.
