The first episode of Downtime with Somizi was seemingly a huge success – or at least that’s what viewers think. The first episode aired earlier this month on DStv’s 1Magic (channel 103).

His latest guests on the spirit enlightening show were Mampho Brescia and Kgomotso Christopher who joined Somizi as he dropped some pearls of wisdom relating to life and its everyday struggles.

He also had a mind-blowing episode with Lillian Dube who made some surprising revelations about her life.

The show left thousands of his fans begging for more and hurrying to social media to share their thoughts on both the show and on how Somizi managed to make such a stellar comeback after his ex Mohale’s accusations saw him getting suspended from both radio and TV for months on end.
