Pamela Adie, a lesbian and LGBT rights activist from Cross River State, has chastised those who comment on other people’s weight.
On Saturday, she wrote, “Let me just remind you that it’s very RUDE to walk up to someone, especially someone you haven’t seen in a while, and say to them: “oh, it’s like you’ve added o”!” “Keep your thoughts to yourself, even if you’re thinking them.
Simply respond “Nice to see you again” if you don’t have anything nice to say about their weight or anything else.” There is no more to say. There is no more to say.
Which one is “you’ve added oh” Do you know what they are going through? Better learn this lesson now before someone returns the favor, maybe you’ll know how it feels.”
