Craig David will perform a one-night-only concert in Cape Town, much to the delight of his admirers.
On December 8, he will perform his iconic “TS5” show at the Grand Arena in GrandWest. He is well-known for his tunes “Walking Away”, “What’s Your Flava”, and “Seven Days.”
David’s massively successful “TS5” show fuses old-school anthems from R&B through swing beat, garage, and basement with chart-topping house classics.
“TS5” is the name of David’s DJ set, which he performed at venues and music festivals across the globe. It is named after his Miami flat, where he organized house parties, which inspired him to become a DJ.
“TS5” is now a globally recognized party brand, having performed for over 100,000 people on the world-famous Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury and sold out many nights at London’s O2 arena.
Over 1.5 million people around the world, including fans in Australia, Japan, Dubai, Bali, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Ibiza, Miami, New York, and now Cape Town, have witnessed his “TS5” show.
David, 41, will also feature popular DJs and radio stars from Cape Town, including Carl Wastie, Suga, and Chad Saiman.
In the past year, he has released four singles from his new album “22,” all of which are charting in South Africa.
The tracks include “Who You Are” with MNEK, “DNA” with Galantis, “My Heart’s Been Waiting for You” with Duvall, and “G-Love.” Recently, “DNA” reached No. 1 on Heart fm’s Top 40.
Clearly not dropping the ball, the celebrity will also release his new book titled “What’s Your Vibe” on October 6.
