Cape Town City has completed the signing of Cameroon midfielder Brice Ambina.

The club confirmed this on Tuesday.

The 20-year-old arrives from Renaissance de Ngoumou in his homeland and will add some steel to the City midfield.

He played for his country at the Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania last year, but has yet to feature for the senior national team.

He is the third arrival at the club in recent weeks after Venezuelan forward, Darwin González and former Ajax Cape Town youth product Mogamat May.

City are next in action on Saturday when they face Royal AM in the Nedbank Cup Last 32.
