Alex Offordile Family Goes To Thanksgiving Mass , Dedicates  New House

It was a moment of praise, worship and thanksgiving for Engineer Alex Offordile, who thanked God for saving his two elder brothers from a fatal accident early this year.

Also, during the occasion, Engineer Offordile dedicated his new house in Awka, to God Almighty.

Over now to Chibuzor Okoye reports that the event, which kicked off with a Holy Mass at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral Awka, attracted family members, business associates, friends and well-wishers among others.

Appreciating God for the double celebration, Engineer Offordile, popularly known as Ifemelumma of Anam, testified that God has been faithful and good to him and his family, describing the survival of his brothers as the greatest thing God has done for their family.

He confessed that God has been generous to him this year, hence his decision to thanked him for his grace that helped him to build a magnificent home in Awka, and made it clear that his family will continue to worship God till the rest of their lives, no matter the circumstances.

The two brothers, Mr. Ezebuilo Offordile and Julius Offordile were full of joy and praises to God for saving their lives through their younger brother, Engineer Offordile, praying God to bless him immensely.

Celebrating with the Offordile family, a former President General of Umuenwelum Anam, Chief Hyacinth Njaba, thanked God for what he has done for the Offordile family, and urged them to continue to serve God.

Earlier during a homily, Reverend Father Paschal Udo said that love of God is very important in whatever one does in life, as according to him, for harmony to prevail in the society and family, Christians must imbibe the virtue of love that demands sacrifice, trust and perseverance.

An author, Mr. Odikpo Mmadubueze from Odenigbo FM Obosi, Professor Alex Asigbo from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, were among the dignitaries that graced the event, while Ogene music by Ejike Nwamba made the double celebration worthwhile.
