A 12-year-old girl goes missing from her Southport home, prompting a police appeal for assistance in finding her

Police are growing concerned for the safety of a 12-year-old girl who has been missing for more than 24 hours from her Southport home.

Brooklyn Nash was last seen around 4 p.m. on Saturday (18 June) in Southport.

She was dressed casually in a grey hoodie, black leggings, and pink Air Jordans.

Williamson Square in Brooklyn connects to the Manchester and Liverpool City Centre areas.

Anyone who sees Brooklyn is urged to call Merseyside Police on 101 immediately.
