Commuters on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway found themselves stuck in frustrating traffic on Friday afternoon after a collision involving multiple vehicles.
The incident brought travel to a near halt along one of the busiest stretches of the highway.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) reported that the accident involved a heavy-duty truck and two passenger cars along the Berger inward Secretariat section.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported from the crash, sparing motorists a more serious tragedy.

The collision created a major traffic jam, stretching from Jubilee Estate all the way back to the Berger New Garage.
Drivers and passengers were left waiting as authorities worked to clear the scene.

No casualties have been recorded as of the time of this report.
Traffic backlog has extended from Jubilee Estate back to Berger New Garage.
