Jammie Booker is stripped of World’s Strongest Woman title after controversial disqualification in Arlington Texas

The 2025 World’s Strongest Woman competition in Arlington, Texas, became the center of a storm this week after the event’s champion, Jammie Booker, was stripped of her title.

At 28, Booker had initially been crowned winner, only for organizers to later disqualify her amid claims that she is a transgender athlete who previously worked in adult entertainment.

Competitors Speak Out About Booker

Fellow athletes at the event described Booker as “arrogant” and dismissive during the competition.

Hailey Sikman and Jade Dickens shared their experiences with Fox News Digital, noting that nobody at the event was aware of Booker’s biological sex until after the competition concluded.

“I was beyond mad,” Dickens said. “Had I known, I definitely would have done something about it before the event ended.

But nobody knew.” Sikman added that she tried to speak to Booker during the competition, but Booker was uninterested.

“He kind of just blew me off,” she recalled, while noting that many competitors described Booker as “talking s***.”

The Photos That Sparked the Fallout

The controversy intensified after an erotic image allegedly showing Booker emerged on social media.

The photo reportedly shows her grabbing her chest, sticking her tongue out, and wearing red lipstick.

Organizers were alerted to the images and videos, which they say suggested Booker had previously worked in adult entertainment and is biologically male.

Following the revelations, the Official Strongman Games released a statement confirming that only athletes competing in the category corresponding to their biological sex at birth are eligible.

They also stated attempts to contact Booker directly had been unsuccessful.

Runner-Up Takes the Crown

With Booker disqualified, the runner-up, Andrea Thompson of Great Britain, was officially elevated to first place.

The decision has sparked widespread debate in the strongwoman community, particularly about eligibility rules for transgender athletes and the verification of personal histories.

The Pornography Connection

A Daily Mail investigation linked Booker to an adult performer named Jammie Jay, who appears on the Internet Adult Film Database (IAFD).

The database shows that Jammie Jay was nominated for the Trans Erotica Awards Show in both 2020 and 2022, and appeared in multiple adult films.

Booker is also known to use the TikTok handle @jammiejaysvids.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Booker, her coach, and the Official Strongman Games for comment, but no response has been received at the time of publication.

Booker’s Personal Story

Details about Booker’s life suggest a complex personal history.

In a 2017 YouTube video, she described herself as a 21-year-old trans woman struggling with abuse and familial pressures while trying to stay true to herself.

In a July podcast interview with champion Erin Murray, Booker explained how she manages her relationships alongside intense training.

She revealed that she is in a relationship with three partners, scheduling each date weekly to balance personal life with the demands of professional strongwoman competition.

“Workouts come first thing in the morning,” she said.

“That time with my partners is non-negotiable.

I will cancel other things for them. That’s a promise I made.”

A Story That Keeps Evolving

Booker’s disqualification has stirred conversation around fairness, transparency, and the inclusion of transgender athletes in women’s competitions.

For many of her rivals, the situation has been a mix of frustration and disbelief, while for the broader sporting world, it raises questions about rules enforcement and the verification process in high-profile competitions.

As the debate continues, all eyes remain on how sporting authorities handle eligibility, disclosure, and the complex balance between inclusion and competitive fairness.
