Kanye West faces explosive lawsuit as Jewish former Yeezy employee accuses him of antisemitic harassment and wrongful termination in Los Angeles

A bombshell lawsuit has surfaced, painting a disturbing picture of Kanye West’s alleged mistreatment of a Jewish former employee.

The lawsuit, filed by a former marketing specialist under the pseudonym Jane Doe, accuses the rapper of firing her after subjecting her to relentless antisemitic harassment, including offensive text messages and degrading remarks.

Allegations of Antisemitic Harassment

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe was hired in December 2023 to work for both Yeezy and Ye.

At the time, West had just issued a public apology in Hebrew for his past antisemitic comments.

However, behind closed doors, the lawsuit claims he continued his hateful rhetoric, allegedly directing antisemitic slurs toward Jewish staff members.

One of the most shocking claims states that West texted “Hail Hitler” to the plaintiff and allegedly sent her a message reading, “I Am A Nazi” after she advised him to denounce Nazi associations amid controversy surrounding his album Vultures Vol 1.

The plaintiff says these messages made her feel threatened and unsafe.

Workplace Hostility and Sexual Harassment

The suit further details how West created a hostile work environment, allegedly bombarding Jane Doe with degrading comments.

In one instance, he reportedly sent a nude photograph of a woman to a group chat that included the plaintiff, making her feel uncomfortable and unsettled.

Despite these incidents, she tried to focus on her work and successfully led a marketing campaign for the album.

Unexpected Promotion Followed by Abrupt Termination

In February 2024, Jane Doe’s efforts were seemingly recognized when she was promoted, and her salary was increased to $120,000.

However, just over a month later, she was suddenly informed via text that she had been let go.

Shortly after, West’s Chief of Staff reached out, offering her a rehire with double her previous salary, explaining that West often fires and rehires employees on a whim.

More Disturbing Messages and Retaliation

By June 2024, tensions escalated again when West allegedly sent another round of offensive messages to the plaintiff and another Jewish employee.

According to the lawsuit, he wrote: “Welcome to the first day of working to Hitler” before removing both Jewish staffers from a group chat.

After re-adding them, he reportedly berated them with profanity-laced messages, calling out Jane Doe by name and dismissing her with further insults.

As if that weren’t enough, the lawsuit claims that West then took his wife Bianca Censori’s phone and continued to harass Jane Doe, calling her a “heartless sociopath” and comparing her to an OnlyFans model.

Screenshots submitted with the lawsuit reportedly show messages where West used further slurs and threats, including referencing his infamous 2022 tweet about going “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.”

Lawsuit Demands Justice

The day after Jane Doe reported West’s behavior to her manager, she was fired.

Now, she is suing for damages related to discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Her lawsuit seeks monetary compensation for the emotional and psychological toll she endured, as well as damage to her career.

With these allegations making headlines, many are left wondering—what’s next for Kanye West amid yet another legal battle?
