Zimborders Adjusts Toll Fees at Beitbridge Border Post
Starting from 1 February 2025, Zimborders has updated its toll fees at the Beitbridge border.
This adjustment comes as part of their ongoing efforts to keep up with rising costs while striving to maintain high service standards.
No Toll Fee Increase for Non-Commercial Vehicles
To ease the financial burden on individual motorists, Zimborders has decided to keep toll fees the same for non-commercial vehicles.
This means motorcycles, light vehicles, and minibuses won’t see any increase in toll charges.
The company has pledged to absorb the inflationary costs for these vehicles throughout the year, so drivers can expect to pay the same toll rates in 2025.
Small Increase for Commercial Vehicles
While individual motorists get a break, commercial vehicles will face a modest increase in toll fees.
This includes light goods vehicles, coaches, heavy vehicles, goods vehicles, abnormal load vehicles, and parking for freight.
The company has structured the increases to ensure fairness while covering the rising operational costs.
