Even though there are not many records about his early days, it’s known that Steven attended the Centennial Regional High School in Longueuil, Canada, after which he enrolled into Champlain College in Vermont. Even during his teenage years, Steven made an attempt at stand-up comedy. As a matter of fact, his first gig came up when he was only 15 years old, and this fact demonstrates the levels of talent he had at the time.
Additionally, Steven was the man behind the voice of Alan “The Brain” Powers in the cartoon series “Arthur” – believe it or not, Steven was only 12 when he recorded his part! Years later, i.e. in 2009, he portrayed Doug Moore in the movie “To Save a Life”.
How did Steven become a comedian?
As we all know, making other people laugh is a serious task, and it is often much harder than it looks. However, Steven seemed to feel at home when he was performing on stage, and even became the youngest comedian ever to perform at the festival “Just for Laugh”, held in Montreal, but making frequent tours across America. Steven was only 18 years old when he took the microphone in this event which marked the start of his professional career.

Comedy shows and other projects
Nowadays, Steven is an accomplished comedian, and hosts a podcast called “Louder with Crowder”, in which he mostly talks about political issues and pop culture, and his commentary manages to often be conservative and satirical at the same time. His take-no-prisoners attitude has even become notorious, but it seems that his fans love his take on recent topics. Steven has also appeared as a guest on Pajamas Media and Breitbart, and he participated in the comedy contest called “So, You Think You’re Funny”.
Allegedly Steven’s rebellious nature helped to get him a job at Fox News at age 21, but his attitude was also the reason why he lost the position three years later. All in all, he was a contributor to Fox from 2009 to 2012, and he also contributed to The Blaze. As you can see, Steven is a versatile person, and his ‘professions’ include being an actor, a writer, a comedian, radio personality and political commentator.
The Change My Mind meme
Even though Steven is well-known for his numerous projects, one of his recent escapades has left an impact on the public scene. In February 2018, he posted a photo on Twitter in which he sits outside the campus of Texas Christian University and holds a sign which says “Change My Mind”. According to Steven, the performance had a specific reason, but the whole thing quickly escalated, and the picture became a widespread and frequently used meme.
Is Steven married?
Steven married his girlfriend Hilary back in 2012; in accordance with his strong Christian belief, Steven was abstinent before marriage, which is a pretty rare occurrence in the modern world. The couple resides in Dallas, Texas, currently without children, and their only companion seems to be a dog called Hopper. Steven often shares photos of his pit bull on social media channels.

Steven’s multi-faceted personality and his wide range of projects allow him to lead a pretty comfortable lifestyle. According to authoritative sources, his current net worth is estimated at around $3 million, earned thanks to his wits and humor, but his razor-sharp satire is a double-edged sword, and it remains to be seen how the audiences will react to his upcoming endeavors.
What is Steven doing these days?
Besides being active professionally, predominantly being busy with his podcast “Louder with Crowder”, Steven tries to find time for his hobbies as well. According to several sources, his passion for MMA is endless, and he has even participated in amateur competitions. It seems that jiu-jitsu is his favorite martial arts discipline.
