A woman in her 20s has experienced a traumatic encounter in a quiet alleyway near a primary school in South London.
The victim was allegedly led into a secluded lane just moments after meeting a man around 4 p.m. on November 4th.
Investigation Underway
The Met Police swiftly responded to reports of a sexual assault at King George’s Park in Wandsworth.
Authorities confirmed the area, which borders a children’s nursery, features tennis courts, play areas, and football pitches, making it a well-frequented spot for locals.
Following the assault, a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape. He remains in custody as police continue their investigation.

Police have emphasized that the woman, who is in her 20s, is being supported by specialist officers as they investigate the case.
A crime scene has been established at the location, and inquiries are ongoing.
