A young child was transported to the hospital after falling several meters from a balcony.

Saturday afternoon, the small kid fell ‘two to three metres’ from a unit balcony onto a concrete path in the southern Sydney suburb of Penshurst.

The fall is considered to have been unintentional, while investigations continue. Uncertain are the extent of the child’s injuries, although he is said to be conscious and breathing.
