He would cunningly steal cards from individuals at ATM galleries and then proceed to withdraw funds from their accounts.

State Intelligent Bureau Takes Action On September 27, 2023, the State Intelligent Bureau (SIB) successfully arrested Justice Gibson at the First Bank ATM gallery located along Gashua Road in Damaturu.
The suspect was apprehended in possession of various ATM cards from different banks, which he intended to use for swapping after defrauding innocent victims at ATM points.

He would then proceed to withdraw all the money from the victim’s account.
