Worldwide coronavirus cases cross 501 million

More than 501.83 million people have been reported to be infected by the novel coronavirus globally and 6,591,486 have died, according to a Reuters tally.

The United States reported the world’s highest number of infections and deaths with 80,601,182 and 989,837 respectively followed by India with 43,040,331 and
521,747 respectively.
