Win big at Cabutan WOW! 25 Tahun PTPTN silver jubilee lucky draw

As part of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation’s (PTPTN) silver jubilee celebrations, the ‘Cabutan WOW! 25 Tahun PTPTN’ was launched today with prizes worth nearly RM1mln awaiting 350 lucky winners.

PTPTN chairman, Datuk Wan Saiful Wan Jan, said there are three different lucky draws: the ‘Cabutan Tahunan Jubli Perak’, ‘Cabutan Khas Babyku Simpan’ and a lucky draw series.

“The grand prize for the Cabutan Tahunan Jubli Perak is a Mercedes-Benz A250 AMG Line, the second prize is money totalling RM100,000 and the third prize is money totalling RM50,000.

“Aside from this, a consolation prize of a Honda Dash 125 motorcycle awaits 22 winners. In the Cabutan Babyku Simpan, money totalling RM250,000 awaits 250 lucky winners, while in the lucky draw series, nearly RM200,000 in cash awaits 75 lucky winners,” he said during the lucky draw launching ceremony at Menara PTPTN.

He said the ‘Cabutan Tahunan Jubli Perak’ and ‘Cabutan Khas Babyku Simpan’ run from Jan 1 – Dec 31, while the lucky draw series runs from April 1 – Dec 31, 2022.

“PTPTN’s main focus is to encourage people to save for higher education in line with the first thrust of the 2021-2025 PTPTN Strategic Plan, which is to promote the National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN),” said Wan Saiful.

Khang Tsung Fei, a lecturer, expressed his happiness at winning the ‘Cabutan WOW! Simpan SSPN Plus 2021’ top prize of a gold bar worth RM150,000, saying that the SSPN is “solid” and “will bring good returns”.

“I’ve been saving under the SSPN since 2020 and after this win, will continue to do so,” said the 45-year-old.
