Virginia Giuffre, best known for her allegations against Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, is currently in stable condition following a car accident in Australia.
The crash, which reportedly involved a school bus, took place on March 24 in Western Australia.
According to her agent, Dini von Mueffling, Giuffre sustained injuries when her car collided with a school bus while she was slowing down to make a turn.
Initially, she returned home after the accident, as police were unavailable to attend the scene.
However, she later sought medical attention and was admitted to Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth.
Giuffre Shares Her Experience on Social Media
A recent Instagram post under Giuffre’s name included a photo of her in a hospital bed with visible bruises and injuries on her face.
In the post, she described the severity of the crash, claiming that the bus was traveling at 110 km/h (70 mph) when it hit her vehicle.
“I think it’s important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110 km per hour as we were slowing for a turn, no matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can,” she wrote.
She also mentioned suffering from kidney failure and expressed fears about her condition, writing that doctors had given her only a few days to live.
Her agent later addressed these comments, stating only that Giuffre had meant to post privately.
Police Respond to Crash Reports
Western Australia police confirmed that the accident was reported as a minor collision.
The crash, which took place in Neergabby, north of Perth, involved a school bus carrying 29 children.
“There were no injuries reported to us,” said state road police commander Mike Bell.
He added that police did not respond to the scene immediately because the incident was only reported the following day by the bus driver.
Authorities are now investigating the accident, but initial reports suggest that there was no significant damage to the bus, and the estimated repair cost for Giuffre’s car was around A$2,000 ($1,300).
Bell also stated that there was no evidence supporting claims that the bus was traveling at 110 km/h.
Giuffre’s Connection to the Epstein Case
Virginia Giuffre gained international attention after accusing the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein of using her as a sex slave.
She also alleged that Prince Andrew sexually assaulted her when she was 17—an accusation he has repeatedly denied.
The British royal eventually settled the lawsuit with Giuffre for a reported multimillion-dollar sum, avoiding a trial.
Ongoing Investigation and Public Reactions
The crash is still under investigation, with police reaching out to those involved.
While questions remain about the details of the accident, Giuffre’s supporters have expressed concern for her health and well-being.
