Varsity Cup Semi-final dates, venues, kick-off times TODAY

Shimlas topped the final standings while UCT Ikeys finished in second place and as a result have earned the right to host semi-finals.

Maties took third place, while UP-Tuks grabbed the fourth playoff berth.

In Monday, 18 April’s Varsity Cup semi-finals, Shimlas will play UP-Tuks, while another massive Cape derby awaits when UCT-Ikeys host Maties.

The tournament organisers have confirmed the venues and kick-off times for those matches.

The first semi-final will be the Cape derby between UCT Ikeys and Maties at the Green Mile. Kick-off is scheduled for 16:30.

All tickets have been sold for the match which promises to be a thriller.

The second semi-final will be between Shimlas and defending champions UP-Tuks at Shimla Park in Bloemfontein and will start at 19:00.

Both matches will be screen live on SuperSport.
