He was already serving a 99-year prison sentence for his participation. Kevin Dugar is set to live in a residential transitional facility for 90 days as a condition of his release, according to reports from the Chicago Tribune. His attorney says he hopes his client’s case will not be retried. “This case is in a very different situation than it was 20 years ago,” Safer told the Tribune. ‘Everybody knows much more about it.’.
