Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, said today that the military mobilization for the conflict in Ukraine is drawing to an end and that he has no future plans for conscription.
The tyrannical Russian leader was addressing a gathering of the Commonwealth of Independent States Summit (CIS) in Kazakhstan while seated among friends.
In the next two weeks, according to Putin, his force will be demobilized, and he ‘doesn’t see the necessity’ for negotiations with US Vice President Joe Biden about ending the conflict.
