Downing Street has announced that the UK will supply Ukraine with air defence missiles and attack drones as part of its continued support for the war-torn country.
The announcement came during a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and British Chancellor Rishi Sunak at Chequers.
This meeting is a significant milestone, as it is the first time that Mr Sunak has hosted a world leader at his country residence.
Ukraine’s Response to Russia’s Invasion:
President Zelensky’s visit to western allies, including the UK, is aimed at discussing the response to Russia’s invasion.
