The online training “Introduction to e-Government Systems” was held by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TKA) and TURKSAT for 35 workers of Tanzania’s e-Government Agency.

Citizens’ expectations of the government have risen as a result of rapid technological growth and change. Many governments have been able to offer a wide range of digital services as a result of this rapid shift.

Türkiye continues to set an example for many countries with its e-Government practices and solid infrastructure, having managed to keep up with the digital transition in the twenty-first century.

Türkiye presented their e-Government transition experience.

Friendly and sister countries are benefiting from the knowledge and experience obtained through the installation of the e-Government system as part of the digital transformation.

TKA and TURKSAT conducted an online training on “Introduction to e-Government Systems” for 35 workers of Tanzania’s e-Government Agency, which is linked with the President’s Office.

The trainees looked at nations that have successfully transitioned to e-Government systems and learned about Türkiye’s experience, the organizational structure of e-Government systems, best practices, and cyber security during the training session.

TKA and TURKSAT were thanked by Mvulla.

At the program’s closing ceremony, Dr. Jaha Mvulla, Manager of Research, Innovation, and Training at Tanzania’s e-Government Agency, gave a speech in which he expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to learn from the experience of Türkiye, which had successfully completed its transition to the e-Government system. Mvulla expressed gratitude to TKA and TURKSAT and stated that they intended to work with Türkiye on other advanced training programs in the future.

In Tanzania, the next portion of the training will be conducted face-to-face.
