Tom Daley has once again been spotted with his knitting needles in hand at the Olympics, but this time it’s in Paris.
While taking in the women’s diving event, Daley was seen knitting away, a sight that might remind some of his Tokyo 2020 experience.
Back then, he kept busy with his knitting as he cheered on his teammate Jack Laugher, who earned a bronze medal.
Fast forward to the current Olympics, and Daley is still passionately knitting.
This time, he’s been crafting cardigans while lending his support to competitors Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew.
The pair clinched a bronze in the Women’s Synchronized 3m Springboard event this morning, following a surprising slip by the Australian team.
A Tradition of Knitting
Daley’s knitting prowess has become quite well-known, especially after he showcased several of his creations, including a stylish cream garment with the Team GB logo, back in 2021.
His knitting not only highlights his personal interest but also serves as a charming way to support his fellow athletes.
