Post-baby body image and fitness struggles

Tiffany Watson has candidly detailed her “tough” battle with post-baby body image, admitting “the weight hasn’t dropped off” as she had expected.

The Made In Chelsea star said she had naively believed that the weight would “just drop off” while breastfeeding, but this has not been her experience.

She also admitted that finding time to go to the gym has been “tough” as a new parent.

Life as a new mother

Tiffany said that life as a new mother has been a “shock to the system” and that she didn’t “quite prepare” herself for the challenges.

She said that she is finding it difficult to cope with periods of solo parenting while her husband Cameron is away playing for Colchester United.

New role at Mama Bamboo

Tiffany has announced her new role as Head of Accessories Design at eco-disposable nappy and wipe brand Mama Bamboo.

She will be working with the brand’s founder, Laura Crawford, to create a new line of bamboo-based products for babies and children.

Tiffany said that she is excited about the new role and that it is a great fit for her as a new mum who is passionate about eco-friendly products.

Sister’s pregnancy

Tiffany is also preparing to be an auntie after her sister Lucy announced that she is expecting her first child.

Tiffany said that she is “so happy” for her sister and that she can’t wait to meet her niece or nephew.

Vegan parenting

Lucy has said that she plans to raise her child as vegan, but Tiffany said that she is still undecided about whether she will do the same for her son Jude.

She said that she needs to do more research into vegan parenting before making a decision.

Returning to work

Tiffany has returned to work after four months of maternity leave.

She is filming the new season of Made In Chelsea and is also working with Mama Bamboo.

Tiffany said that she is enjoying being back at work, but that it is a challenge to balance work with motherhood.
