Mauro Icardi, a striker for Paris Saint-Germain, has sent an emotional letter on Instagram thanking his wife Wanda Nara for their reconciliation following their brief split over cheating allegations.

Following his public breakup from Wanda, who is also his agent, the Argentine international was granted permission to miss his team’s important Champions League match against RB Leipzig.

But the celebrity pair looked to have patched things up, with Icardi expressing his thanks to his wife for sticking by him after she accused him of adultery.

“Thank you, my darling, for continuing to believe in our wonderful family, thank you for being the driving force behind our life,” he added. I adore you. How much is it?

@wanda_icardi”  Icardi, 28, and Wanda, 34, began their affair when the Argentine media personality was still married to his former team-mate at Sampdoria, Maxi Lopez. The pair later got married in 2014.  The couple have two daughters together, alongside the three sons Wanda had in her previous marriage to Lopez.
