The purchase of Domestique comes hot on the heels of Morrow Sodali’s earlier acquisition and integration of Citadel-MAGNUS in November 2022.

Founded in 2013 by Ross Thornton, Lauren Thompson, and Jim Kelly, Domestique has made a mark advising Australian and international companies across various critical areas like reputation management, large-scale M&A, IPOs, investor relations, and public affairs.

The team at Domestique, now integrated into Morrow Sodali, comprises Managing Partner Jon Snowball and Helen Karlis, joining forces with the existing Morrow Sodali leadership.
