A Corporate Consultancy Powerhouse

Morrow Sodali, a leading corporate consultancy, has finalized a deal for an undisclosed amount, acquiring Domestique, a firm specializing in a spectrum of strategic and financial communication services.

The acquisition aims to significantly broaden the services available to their clientele, encompassing public affairs, M&A, sustainability, and more.

Expanding the Service Portfolio

The purchase of Domestique comes hot on the heels of Morrow Sodali’s earlier acquisition and integration of Citadel-MAGNUS in November 2022.

Founded in 2013 by Ross Thornton, Lauren Thompson, and Jim Kelly, Domestique has made a mark advising Australian and international companies across various critical areas like reputation management, large-scale M&A, IPOs, investor relations, and public affairs.

Strength in Expertise

The team at Domestique, now integrated into Morrow Sodali, comprises Managing Partner Jon Snowball and Helen Karlis, joining forces with the existing Morrow Sodali leadership.

All five partners are poised to hold stakes in the combined entity, contributing their expertise to drive the business ahead.

A Global Reach

Led by CEO Christian Sealey, Morrow Sodali’s scope extends globally, serving a clientele spanning 80+ countries, including multinational corporations, stock exchanges, mutual fund groups, and more.

The consultancy’s comprehensive suite of services covers governance, ESG, shareholder engagement, M&A, and financial communications.

Strategic Evolution

The move underscores Morrow Sodali’s strategic evolution, aimed at augmenting their prowess in providing an extensive array of advisory services, thereby fortifying their position as a go-to consultancy for corporations navigating complex business landscapes worldwide.

Commentary: The strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Morrow Sodali’s journey, propelling them to a more comprehensive service offering.

The amalgamation of expertise from Domestique enhances their capabilities, positioning them to serve a wider global clientele with more robust and diverse solutions.
