For its 2022 Management Development Program, Sterling Bank Plc is now accepting applications from graduates who have worked in any field for three years after their NYSC. Find out what you need to do to apply for the Sterling Management Development Program and how to do it below.

The Sterling Management Development Program (SMDP) is a custom recruitment campaign that leads to an intensive 12-month rotational program where you can gain insights and cross-border exposure to help you become a well-rounded professional with different skills and competencies that you can use in different areas of Sterling while also GROWING personally.

Also, the goal of the Sterling Management Development Program is to train Next-Gen leaders who will help shape Sterling’s future in a big way.

Sterling Management Development Program (SMDP) Eligibility
At least three years of work experience in any field after NYSC.
At least a Master’s degree or a relevant professional certification from an accredited institution in or outside of Nigeria.
At the time of application, applicants can’t be older than 32.
