So-Safe Corps Apprehends Man Spreading Fear with Fake Pistol in Ala Community
The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation, and Safety Corps, known as So-Safe Corps, successfully apprehended a man identified as Daniel Iwalokun, who had been terrorizing the Ala Community in Odogbolu Local Government Area with a fake pistol.
Details of Apprehension
The Ijebu Zonal Operation team of the So-Safe Corps made the arrest on January 21, according to a statement from the Office of the State Commander, Commander (Dr) Soji Ganzallo.
Daniel Iwalokun, a native of Ilaje Local Government Area in Ondo State, was found to be using the fake pistol to instill fear and cause unrest in the Ala community.
Operational Lone Wolf
Preliminary investigations following the suspect’s arrest revealed that he had been operating alone.
The suspect and the recovered fake pistol have been handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Obalende Divisional Police Headquarters for further investigation and potential prosecution.

So-Safe Corps emphasized its commitment to maintaining the safety and security of communities within Ogun State.
