Siya Kolisi, the captain of the Springboks, treated his fans to more glimpses of his family vacation in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, with a post on Instagram on Thursday, 16 January.

The photos give fans an inside look at the special moments he shared with his two children, Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7), as well as his siblings, Liyema and Liphelo, who he is very close to.

A Glimpse into the Family Vacation

Kolisi posted a series of photos from their getaway, showcasing beautiful landscapes and moments of bonding.

Captioning one of the images, he wrote, “Bekumnandi shem,” expressing how much he enjoyed the time spent with his loved ones.

Rachel Kolisi’s Solo Vacation

While Siya Kolisi and his kids enjoyed their vacation in Zimbabwe, his estranged wife, Rachel Kolisi, was noticeably absent from the photos.

She later took to social media to share that she had been on her own holiday in Botswana.

Reflecting on the experience, Rachel revealed that it was her first solo trip without the children, and she initially felt nervous and sad.

However, she left Botswana feeling rejuvenated, having made many new friends from around the world.

In her post, she said, “This was my first holiday/new year without my kiddies, so instead of staying home sad and alone, I went on my dream trip to Botswana.

It’s the first solo trip I’ve done, and I’m an introvert, so I arrived super nervous, and sad and left with a very full heart and so many amazing new friends from all over the world.

Botswana will always have a big piece of my heart.”

The Kolisis’ Separation

This vacation comes after Siya and Rachel announced their split in October 2024.

The couple had been together since 2012 and were married for eight years before deciding to part ways.

Despite the personal challenges, both Siya and Rachel seem to be finding their own paths and embracing new experiences.
