Reno Omokri Commends Industrious LP Supporter, Stephen Mouka
Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide, has expressed admiration for Stephen Mouka, a supporter of the Labour Party (LP), for his hard work and industriousness.
Mouka gained popularity after creating the viral ‘ELUU P’ chant.
Omokri shared a picture of Mouka at his workshop and praised him for his diligence.
He commended Mouka for choosing an honorable profession as a car mechanic instead of engaging in illicit activities such as romance scams or drug peddling.
Omokri emphasized that Mouka’s job, although it may involve getting his hands dirty, allows him to earn a clean income.
Promoting the Dignity of Labor and Nigeria’s Economic Growth
Omokri highlighted the importance of recognizing the dignity of labor and the positive impact it can have on Nigeria’s economy.
He drew a parallel between Mouka’s occupation as a mechanic and the honorable trade of Joseph, the Earthly father of Jesus Christ, who was a builder and carpenter.
Omokri emphasized that mocking individuals like Mouka who engage in honest work ultimately mocks the value of labor itself.
Omokri praised Mouka for contributing to Nigeria’s economic growth by repairing people’s cars, thereby increasing the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
He argued that promoting the dignity of labor is crucial in combating Nigeria’s struggle with wealth disparity and the prevalence of unproductive rent-seeking behavior.
Mouka Represents the Desirable Nigerian Work Ethic
Omokri emphasized that individuals like Mouka, who work diligently and make the system function, are a reflection of the desirable Nigerian work ethic.
He lamented that Nigeria’s negative reputation internationally, particularly as the world headquarters for extreme poverty, could be alleviated if there were more individuals like Mouka contributing to the nation’s prosperity.
Omokri concluded by expressing his blessings and well wishes for Stephen Mouka, hoping for God’s prosperity in his endeavors and recognizing his importance as a symbol of hard work and the positive impact it can have on Nigeria’s society.
