Real Madrid defender Raul Asencio has been handed an eight-month driving ban and fined £12,350 after being convicted of drink-driving in Gran Canaria.
The 23-year-old footballer pleaded guilty in court after being stopped at an early-morning police checkpoint while driving a Porsche Macan GTS in San Bartolome de Tirajana on August 16.
