New Updates for 2025/26

For the 2025/26 academic year, PTDF has made some exciting updates to its scholarship offerings.

These include fully funded opportunities for both Master’s (MSc) and Doctoral (PhD) programs, with opportunities across various countries.

MSc Scholarships

The PTDF will offer fully funded MSc scholarships in the following countries:

PhD Scholarships

PhD scholarships will also be available, and candidates can apply for fully funded positions in:

Additionally, the UK will now offer PhD scholarships exclusively as a Split-Site Programme.

This program will be in partnership with three leading UK universities:

The Split-Site Programme will involve a combination of studying in the UK and completing part of the research in Nigeria at the PTDF College of Petroleum & Energy Studies in Kaduna (CPESK).
