In a recent twist to the ongoing investigations, congressional investigators traveled to an Alabama prison to interview Jason Galanis, President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden’s former partner.

Galanis, currently serving a 14-year sentence for defrauding a Native American tribe, made startling claims about Joe Biden considering joining a Chinese Communist Party-tied joint venture initiated by Hunter and his associates.

Galanis’ Testimony:

According to Galanis, he collaborated with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer between 2012 and 2015 on businesses related to insurance and wealth management, collectively valued at over $17 billion.

Galanis revealed that the primary asset Hunter brought to the business was his family name and access to his father, then Vice President Joe Biden.

The trio aimed to build a private equity platform anchored by both a renowned Wall Street brand and a globally recognized political name.

Chinese Venture Involvement:

In 2014, Galanis claimed they decided to form a partnership with Harvest Fund Management, a $300 billion Chinese financial services company with ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Hunter Biden’s connections, including a contact named Henry Zhao, played a pivotal role in attracting the interest of Harvest.

Galanis quoted a draft email from Hunter discussing a potential board seat for a certain relation (Joe Biden) and highlighted Joe Biden’s keen interest in the opportunity.

Zhao’s Interest and Hunter’s Business Dealings:

Henry Zhao, the director of Harvest, sought reassurances about the “intangible goods” that Joe Biden serving on the Harvest board would bring to the business plan.

Galanis suggested that the Biden name was the primary reason for the massive Chinese enterprise’s interest in their business.

Zhao was also involved in Hunter’s ventures with Chinese energy company CEFC, where Hunter invoked his father’s name to pressure Zhao into a financial commitment.

Communication with Joe Biden:

Galanis testified about an occasion when Hunter, during an outing with him and Archer, called his father to update him on the progress of their dealings with Harvest.

He emphasized that this was not the only instance where Hunter contacted his father regarding business matters.

These revelations challenge Joe Biden’s previous claims of not discussing his son’s overseas business ventures.

Historical Context and Motivations:

The testimony adds another layer to the scrutiny of the Biden family’s business dealings, raising questions about potential political influence and international partnerships.

Galanis’ revelations come amid ongoing investigations and political tensions, further complicating the narrative surrounding Hunter Biden’s activities.

The unfolding details from Galanis’ testimony contribute to the complexity of the investigations surrounding Hunter Biden’s business dealings and their potential implications for Joe Biden.

The alleged consideration of joining a Chinese venture adds a geopolitical dimension to the scrutiny, and the interactions revealed during the outing and phone calls with Joe Biden underscore the interconnectedness of family and business in the Biden narrative.

As investigations continue, the implications for the Biden administration and its credibility remain uncertain.
