A 14-year-old child who vanished from his family’s house has been the target of a desperate police search.

On Saturday afternoon, the kid vanished from a house in Beenleigh, a suburb south-east of Brisbane.

Due to his medical condition, his family is worried about his well-being and believes that his disappearance is unusual for him.

The child left the property on foot and wasn’t seen again until 4.30 p.m. on Saturday.

He is described as Caucasian, with slender body, blonde hair, and brown eyes.

He stands about 155 cm tall and was last seen sporting a black jumper and the red and black team shorts of the Chicago Bulls.

Anyone with knowledge is urged by police to contact them.
