The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed its expectation for the Supreme Court’s hearing of its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar’s appeal against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election.
The PDP said it strongly believes that the Supreme Court will do justice to the appeal before them.
Atiku is challenging the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), which affirmed Tinubu’s victory.
In his appeal, Atiku is alleging that Tinubu submitted forged documents to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to contest the election.
