The Special Assistant to Governor Willie Obiano on Agriculture, Mrs Theresa Okoye says the Anambra state Governor-elect, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has what it takes to reposition the economic fortunes of the State for good.
Speaking to the ABS in Awka, Mrs Okoye who congratulated the Governor-elect, Professor Soludo and his Deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim noted that Professor Soludo has the contacts, connections and pedigree to take Anambra State to the promised land, saying that he will deploy his wealth of experience to the governance of the state.
The Special Assistant who is also the National Woman Leader of the All Soludo Support Group, made it clear that the Isuofia born Governor-elect, will consolidate on all the achievements already recorded by Governor Willie Obiano whom he described as a pace setter.
Mrs Okoye described the Anambra Deputy Governor-elect, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim as thorough breed Onye Anambra who has the competency and capability, to assist Professor Soludo to revolutionize the Anambra economic prospects.
She equally thanked Ndi Anambra for their steadfastness in ensuring that their votes were guarded, and commended both the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and all security operatives that worked during the just concluded Anambra governorship election for a job well done.
