Lagos NSCDC Command Foils Pipeline Vandalism Plot, Nabs Four Culprits in Swift Operation

In a commendable operation, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps’ Lagos State Command has apprehended four individuals suspected of attempting to vandalize the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Limited pipeline in the Obawole, Fagba area of Lagos State.

Acting on credible intelligence, the Command’s team swiftly intervened at around 0245hrs on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, preventing the nefarious attempt to vandalize the NNPCL pipelines in Obawole, Fagba.

Exhibits, including a white bus without a registration number and implements, were recovered at the crime scene.

The Lagos State Commandant, Adedotun Keshinro, has directed that these exhibits, along with the arrested suspects, be brought to the State Command Headquarters in Alausa, Ikeja, for thorough questioning and investigation.
