Northern Cape Provincial Government gifts Banyana’s youngest player Nthabiseng Majiya R100 000

Nthabiseng Majiya, Grade 11 student who contributed to Banyana Banyana’s overwhelming win at WAFCON received the R100,000 check from Northern Cape Provincial Government during a Women’s Day function.

In order to help local sports teams improve their abilities in their specific sports, the province government also donated athletic equipment to them.

The Women’s Day function was themed “Women’s Socio-Economic Rights and Empowerment: Building Back Better for Women’s Improved Resilience”.
