The Federal Government has unveiled plans to introduce a new regulation within the transportation sector aimed at ensuring strict adherence to the utilization of vehicle safety kits.
This announcement was made by the Minister of Transportation, Saidu Alkali, during a workshop in Abuja on Thursday.

The disclosure took place at a road safety and car safety kit usage awareness workshop organized by the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), where the minister emphasized the importance of drivers adhering to basic road etiquette for the preservation of numerous lives.

Represented by the Director of Road Transport and Mass Transit Administration, Musa Ibrahim, the Minister expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for fostering an investment-friendly environment that attracted West Africa Automobile Services Limited to invest in the country.
