Johnny, 31, and Matt, 29, were struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver while cycling in Oldmans Township, Salem County.

The accident occurred on Pennsville Auburn Road near Stumpy Lane.

The driver involved, Sean M. Higgins, 43, from Woodstown, New Jersey, is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol at the time.

He now faces two counts of vehicular homicide and is being held without bail.

Johnny’s wife, Meredith, described her husband as “the best dad” and a wonderful partner in parenthood.
