NCDC confirms 99 fresh cases of COVID-19 virus

Nigeria has recorded 99 new cases of COVID-19 across the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced this in its daily update on the virus.

In the agency’s latest update, the cases were reported in 10 states of the federation.

 
Bauchi state is top on the list with 24 cases, Plateau-24, FCT-22, Lagos-9, Taraba-8, Kaduna-4, Edo-3, Kano-3, Bayelsa-1, Rivers-1.

According to NCDC, it says,
“Today’s report includes: 0 cases reported from Delta, Sokoto, and Zamfara.

”
In total, 212,150 cases have been confirmed, 203,524 people discharged and 2,899 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
