The National Population Commission (NPC) has launched its e-recruitment portal to launch its 2023 census staff recruitment exercise.

According to the information shared by the Commission, the launch event took place today, May 30, 2022 at 2:28 pm and was covered live on Facebook.

The NPC eRecruitment portal is now open for trial census. The e-recruitment portal is geo-fenced and the application is limited to applicants residing in six selected LGAs in six states in six geopolitical zones of Nigeria. The six LGAs and states selected are as follows:

1. Brass LGA (Bayelsa State) – South South zone

2. Idemili South LGA (Anambra State) – Southeast zone
3. Imeko-Afon LGA (Ogun State) – Southwest zone
4. Tongo LGA (Adamawa State) – Northeast zone
5. Karu LGA (Nasarawa State) – Northcentral zone
6. Daura LGA (Katsina State) — Northwest zone
