While a jury deliberates on 11 further accusations, a swim instructor was found not guilty of touching an eight-year-old child in a sexual manner.

Kyle James Henk Daniels, 24, is accused of molesting nine female pupils during lessons at the Mosman Swim Center in 2018 and 2019. He is now being tried in the NSW District Court.

Daniels rejects all accusations.

Daniels was cleared of nine charges last week, and a jury declared him not guilty of a tenth offense on Monday.

To continue its deliberations, the jury has retreated.
