ABU DHABI, 5th January, 2022 – Dr.

Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and Kamal R Vaswani, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to the UAE, have discussed ways to enhance cooperation in fields of mutual interest.

During the meeting, they shared views on issues related to the development of human resources and labour markets in the UAE and Singapore, and the trends of both countries in this regard.

The two sides reviewed the legislation and procedures regulating the labour market in the country and the provisions that enhance contractual rights between employers and workers, especially those that will be implemented during the month of February.
