McDonald’s Hits UK Festivals with Fried Van, Serving Free Fries and Exclusive Merchandise

McDonald’s is set to make a splash at some of the UK’s most popular festivals this summer with its Fried Van, where attendees can enjoy complimentary fries and exclusive merchandise.


The van will serve 2,000 free portions of fries each day at these music events.

Exciting Festival Line-Up

The festival schedule for this year includes a variety of events across the country.

Creamfields South in Chelmsford, Essex, will kick things off from May 26th to May 28th, followed by Parklife in Manchester on June 10th and 11th.

TRNSMT in Glasgow will take place from July 7th to July 9th, followed by Flackstock in Reading on July 24th.

In addition to the Fried Van, McDonald’s is bringing its iconic Golden Arches to select events, offering festival-goers the chance to snap photos for a memorable McPhoto opp.

Limited-Edition Festival Merchandise

McDonald’s has also unveiled an exclusive range of festival merchandise.

Festival attendees can get their hands on McDonald’s Cowboy Hats, hand fans, and Fries Shirts.

There are only 200 sets of this limited-edition swag available, and interested individuals can enter their details on McDonald’s Facebook Page to participate in the prize draw.

The deadline for entry is May 27th.

Festival Ticket Giveaways

Starting from Wednesday, May 24th, fans will have the opportunity to win tickets to the festivals featured on the tour through the McDonald’s app.
