It’s your chance to show off your football knowledge and see how well you know past match lineups.

Liverpool’s Memorable 5-1 Win in 2006

Today’s challenge takes us back to a memorable moment from March 2006, when Rafa Benitez’s Liverpool team cruised to a 5-1 victory over Fulham.

The match was special not only for the dominant scoreline but also for the fact that five different players scored for the Reds that day.

But here’s the challenge: Can you remember the starting XI that played in that game?

It’s all in the spirit of fun, so give it your best shot and share your score with friends! Don’t worry if you’re unsure of the lineup—full instructions on how to play are provided at the bottom of the article, as well as in the game itself.

And remember, you can pick any team and test your knowledge on their starting XI too!

How to Play Teamsheet

The goal of the game is simple: try to score as few points as possible. Here’s how it works:

  • When you guess a player correctly on your first try, you score just one point.
  • For each subsequent guess, if you get the letter in the correct position, it will turn green. If the letter is correct but in the wrong position, it will turn yellow.
  • You have six guesses to figure out each player. If you fail, we’ll reveal the player’s identity, and you’ll score a hefty 11 points.
  • Need a little help? You can ask for a free letter, but be warned—it will cost you one point.

The aim is to get the lowest score possible, ideally hitting that perfect total of 11 points if you guess every player correctly on the first try.

But don’t worry if you mess up; there’s still plenty of room for fun as you test your football knowledge!
