ARTHUR ZWANE MAKES SURPRISE CHANGES FOR ARROWS CLASH
Zwane may have not had the best start to his Amakhosi return but he is looking to correct this.
Chiefs’ interim coach has slightly tweaked his side that lost 1-0 to Stellenbosch FC on the weekend. It will be a different looking Amakhosi army that runs out with some big changes that will please even the most die-hard fans.
“We’ve got everyone available, except for a few changes. We left Happy (Mashiane) behind, not because of the performance, but because we want to share some match minutes,” Zwane stated on iDiskiTimes.
“We knew the games would be coming thick and fast. (Sibusiso) Mabiliso is going to be back with the team and we brought back Bernard (Parker), who was suspended,” he added.

“Amakhosi can finally welcome back their club legend as well as the talented Mabiliso. However, that is not all with fan-favourite Nkosingiphile being given a well-deserved and perhaps long overdue run in the starting team,”
“We also have Mshini (Nkosingiphile Ngcobo) starting now instead of Bibo (Sabelo Radebe), trying to add numbers offensively, with the hope that the combination will gel because we did not have enough time in terms of preparations,” Zwane confirmed.
Mshini is one of the players who played under Zwane at Junior level.
He was an instrumental part of Zwane’s side that made it through to the CAF Champions League final against Pitso Mosimane’s Al Ahly. He also played a massive role in salvaging the final MTN8 spot after a dismal season under Gavin Hunt.
Now, it is Baxter’s poor season that he must save.
Zwane must win all his remaining games with Chiefs in order for them to beat MaMkhize’s Royal AM to the final CAFCL spot.
