Kaduna CP patrols metropolis to ensure hitch free LGA election

The Commissioner of Police, Kaduna Command, Mudassiru Abdullahi has embarked on observation patrols with a view to ensuring a hitch free Local government elections in Kaduna State.

In a statement signed by the Police Public Relation Officer, ASP Muhammad Jalige, it stated that, during the CP’s tour, electorates were seen casting their votes freely without any complaint across the poling units within Kaduna metropolis.

The CP advised all voters to be law abiding while exercising their franchise as the command will not hesitate to deal decisively with any person or group of persons who may try to truncate the peaceful atmosphere currently enjoyed in the state.

The Kaduna Local government council elections is being conducted across 19 out of the 23 LGAs of the state.
