NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) – On February 25 and 26, the Jubilee Party will hold its much-anticipated National Delegates Conference (NDC).
The NDC will be hosted at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi, according to the party’s Secretary-General Raphael Tuju.
The NDC’s agenda, according to the notification, will be to examine, formulate, and/or ratify all of the party’s policies.
The NDC will also discuss the party’s proposed new seal, symbol, and flag.
The ruling party has remained largely divided with numerous ‘defections’ including that of its Deputy Party leader William Ruto who fell out with the party leader President Uhuru Kenyatta and formed the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) which he plans to use in seeking the presidency in the 2022 presidential election.
